Coco-Primary

It is actually quite funny and as Benita put it "You can't blame the kid!" (well too much I think)

I've been secretly dreading this day for awhile now. NOT that it's a bad day but one Cohen and I weren't ready for. Primary. In his defense he is the only boy in his age group AND he just turned three so probably the youngest one in there that I know of. Well off he went to and sat with his class while J and I headed for ours. I had to leave to feed the baby and I could hear Cohen in the hall screaming that he wanted his dad. So J went to see the commotion. This is what Livvy said happened:

Cohen was sitting in the front row and couldn't see what was going on so he got up and stood in front of the teacher talking away to her. (not shy) Then he was told to sit down and upon looking around discovered Olivia. (Wahoo!) He wanted to sit by her. (and why not? She is his sister and this was a new environment!) So he took his chair and got up and tried to push his chair over to Livvy. The teachers told him to stop and of course he didn't care so Olivia got up and took his hand and lead him back to his class where he through a fit and the teacher took him out. That's when I heard him in the hall.

From there J brought him in and then took him out for timeout then in again and time out again. Finally the last 5 minutes he sat on J's lap. DO I DARE SAY IT?? I HAVE THAT CHILD! I pray pray pray the saying, "better luck next time" works. I love my Coco!

When we got home I told him how sad and disappointed I was that he acted naughty because I know how good he can be he started to cry and said, "Sorry, I won't do it never again." (hmmm)

Oh...poor little guy. Hopefully next week will be better. I hate the transition to nursery and then into sunbeams...it's so hard.

Aw yes, I remember those days with Chalise. Probably wont make you feel better, but that first year was a miserable one for us :( Trey only took a couple of months, so that's promising! Hope it's just a one time thing! Usually its hard for the kids for like the first month or so, then he'll be doing awesome.

Honestly Heather, he wasn't THAT bad! He'll get used to it. It's a big change! He is so sweet. Don't forget that while he was up walking around and chating, everyone was smiling at that cute little red head. We love Cohen!
